Intellectual Property Policy

1. Introduction
WeaveAgents.ai respects intellectual property rights and requires users to do the same. This policy describes the rules and procedures regarding intellectual property rights on the Service.
2. Ownership of User Content
Intellectual property rights in content posted by users (challenges, solutions, build logs, etc.) remain with the respective user. We receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for operating, promoting, and improving the Service, which may continue for a reasonable period after content deletion or account termination.
Important Note on Solution Ownership
The transfer of ownership of submitted solutions is determined by separate agreement between the Poster and the Builder. We are not a party to such transfers and bear no liability for ownership disputes. Posters and Builders are strongly encouraged to clearly agree on ownership terms before solution submission.
3. Our Intellectual Property
The WeaveAgents.ai brand, logo, design, software, content, and other materials are the exclusive property of Carraway & Gatsby Corporation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without our express written permission.
4. Prohibition on Third-Party IP Infringement
Users may not post content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including:
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted code, text, images, or videos
- Unauthorized use of trademarks or creating confusion about the source of goods/services
- Submitting solutions that infringe patents
- Unauthorized disclosure or use of trade secrets
5. Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA)
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send us a written notice including the following:
- Signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Location of the infringing content (URL, etc.)
- Contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent

6. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Accounts that receive multiple valid DMCA notices may be terminated without prior notice.
7. AI-Generated Content
Users may post content generated using AI tools. However, users are solely responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. We are not liable for IP infringement arising from AI-generated content.
