WeaveAgents.ai is a neutral platform that facilitates connections between challenge posters and builders. We are not a party to any agreement between users and are not responsible for disputes, breaches of contract, intellectual property infringement, or the accuracy or quality of content or solutions submitted by users. All transactions and communications between users occur at their own risk and responsibility.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

Name, email address, profile photo, username, and other information you provide when creating an account via Manus OAuth.

User Content

Challenges, solutions, build logs, comments, attachments, and other content you post on the Service.

Usage Data

IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and other data automatically collected when you access the Service.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We store only Stripe customer IDs and transaction references — never raw card numbers, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe's Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy) applies to payment data.

AI Feature Data

When you use AI-powered features (PRD generation, tech stack recommendations, builder matching), your input text and prompts are processed to generate responses. This data is not used to train AI models.
